1. Acceptance of Terms

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 21vip is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

• You must not already hold an existing 21vip account. Only one account per person, household, device, or shared IP address is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Verification

All users must complete the registration process accurately and provide truthful information. 21vip reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.

• You must provide your real legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh (for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket verification).
• Account credentials — including your username and password — are your sole responsibility. Never share your login details with any third party. 21vip will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone.

• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without their explicit consent, or reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying any part of the 21vip platform's software or infrastructure.

21vip cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in Bangladesh and internationally. Any activity that violates applicable law will be reported to the relevant authorities. We take the integrity of our platform and the safety of our users extremely seriously.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 21vip platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, page layouts, software code, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of 21vip or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
